Award Winning Short Film, 2022

 A career "ad guy," Bret started out as a copywriter on brands like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Gardetto's Snack Mix, Breathe Right, Toro, Betty Crocker and Domino's Pizza. After producing dozens of spots on the agency side, he switched to production full time as a commercial director and producer. Along with his commercial clients, Bret produced New Music Director, a long-running interview series for the major music labels and directed the first two seasons of Celebrity Taste Makers, a two-time Emmy nominee show.  

 Ellen has been writing all of her life. She’s been published in school creative writing magazines, and music journals as well as self publishing her own booklet of collected writings called “It’s Already Been Taken.” Inspired by the short scenes in her sitcom acting class and bored by the endless hours of quarantine, Ellen started writing her own short two person scenes.  Marcos Durian is a Filipino-American Cinematographer, a visual storyteller consumed with telling creative, compelling and worldly stories. He has worked as a freelance cinematographer for the past 11 years on narrative, commercial and music video projects in the US and internationally. Always in pursuit of self-discovery, he is driven by the journey and has a strong desire to tell stories which reflect and represent the diverse world we live in. He is inspired by the power of image and story and wants people to feel something from the images he creates, feel the struggle, the pain, the happiness, and the human emotion that binds us. His work has won awards from numerous festivals world-wide and is a recipient of the 2019 Emerging Cinematographers Award presented by the International Cinematographers Guild (Local 600). 

 Allison was born & raised in Georgia. She caught the acting in bug in college then moved to NYC to continue her training where she studied with Suzanne & Bill Esper. She enjoyed studying Shakespeare at the American Globe Theatre while working on her craft. After her move to LA she embarked on her own first short film before the days of digital was so easily mastered. She joined USB and got to perform with a couple of woman’s groups. While most of her time in acting has been in the commercial world. She is excited to expand her talents in the theatrical world and carve a lane in film making. She and Ellen sparked a relationship during class and when Covid hit, so did the writing bug and away we went on creating our vision (Double)L Productions. In 2022, she won Best Actress in a short film in London.  

   "Giovanni Mocibob, born in Prince George, B.C., discovered his passion for acting early, captivating audiences from a young age. After honing his skills at Rosebud School of the Arts, he toured Alberta with Trickster Theatre, creating plays with students. His career flourished in Vancouver, earning acclaim in productions like My Name is Asher Lev and Doubt. Giovanni's film work includes a lead role in the feature She Has A Name, shot in Thailand. He's produced and directed commercials and is currently editing a feature film."
